Can These Dry Bones Live Again?

A valley of dry bones, and the uncomfortable detail in the middle of it: the bones stayed dead until somebody opened their mouth. God had the power, but He worked it through a man who was willing to speak to a situation that looked finished. Everything God does, He does through people.
