Victory Week: Morning 4

A message about not settling where you are. Jesus said the Father prunes a branch that bears fruit so it will bear more — the point of the pruning is increase, not comfort. Staying still feels like the safe option, but it has a price: the promotion God had in store quietly passes by. Luke 16 is the test — whoever is faithful with little will be trusted with much — and it’s aimed at the future rather than the present. What you do with a small amount now is what decides whether you can be trusted with a large one later. The challenge is plain: in every area, choose to increase rather than to stay the same person you were.
